Chris is a clean but aggressive driver. He has great car control, and knows how to take care of his equipment. He’s an excellent qualifier, gives accurate feedback and quickly adapts to different tracks.
His fabrication and mechanical skills provide him with a better understanding of the dynamics of his car through the corners. He has a unique, seat of the pants feel that gives him an edge over his competitors.
Chris currently races as a rookie in the NASCAR Camping World West Series, qualifying fourth in his first ever race. He also races in the NASCAR Late Model and Super Late Model divisions at Irwindale Speedway. While he is winless in the Late Model division, he's won a division high 5 times in the Super Late Models.
Chris' experience ranges from Winged Micro Sprints and super stocks on dirt to Legend cars on road courses. He was local, regional and National Champion in Quarter Midgets and has won at Tucson Raceway Park, Mesa Marin and Irwindale Speedway in the Pro Trucks.
His racing career spans thirteen years. Along the way he's acquired an appreciation for the hard work and dedication it takes to win. The experience gained at each level served to shape his character and develop the perseverance necessary to compete in NASCAR's top divisions.
